In this timely Labor Day message, Dr. Jordan focuses on Psalm 103 and Isaiah 58. Both passages describe in vital detail the work of God so necessary in our lives and in our world. From the imagery of Isaiah 58, the metaphor of a well-watered garden reminds us of God’s hope for our lives. And Psalm 103 details the breadth and depth of forgiveness available to us all, even in the middle of our messiness. This is God’s work, this labor of steadfast love and mercy. And yet, both passages share far more than we sometimes hear.

Listen well, and together, let us find out how the “beautiful work of God” is more expansive and exciting than we imagined.
