A Prayer for a Fresh Start

God, you tell us that we are new creations, but I still have the same problems.
You tell us the old has gone, but I’m still in the same circumstances.
So help me to see my world with new eyes, Your eyes.
Give me new love to bring to my strained relationships.
Give me new energy for my tired heart in the midst of stress and anxiety.
Give me new hope to face a world that is inundated with fear and misinformation.
Help me in this fresh start to produce good fruit to nourish the hungry world around me.
And show me how to wake up each day and commit to being your new creation.
