Reading Recommendations: As We Reimagine Life in These Times
Reading Recommendations
In my work with senior adults, and particularly through my Dementia Studies degree program, I have amassed quite the library.
I’d like to share a few of the books and authors I have found meaningful and helpful in my ministry with older adults. I have also included a few works I’ve read on disability and theology, and from my personal library, some resources that have bolstered my practice of devotion and prayer.
If you find yourself with time to read; I offer these as suggested readings, whether you want to enhance your understanding of life in the older years or theology and disability; or are looking for ways to connect with God through devotions, essays, and prayers.
These are linked to First Baptist Decatur’s AmazonSmile page. If you purchase one from there, the church will receive a small kickback at no extra cost to you.
