It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to your name, O Most High … (Psalm 92:1)

Singing together is a gift. From the earliest days of our spiritual heritage, songs, poetry and the rhythm of creative instruments echoed throughout the congregations of ancient Israel.

There is something deeply spiritual about singing the same words, proclaiming the same good news, and sharing in the rhythmic beats of hope with a gathering of people on the same journey of faith.

In this message, Dr. Jordan shares with us the power of music in the growing of our faith. We will also learn how the music of this Sunday, that “Old Time Religion” of bluegrass gospel, conveys a very similar hope to those composing our original psalms.
