Noted author Khaled Hosseini’s new book is an emotionally complex and powerful novel about how we love and the choices we make. Born in Kabul, Afghanistan, Hosseini moved to the United States in 1980. He was recently named a goodwill envoy to UNHCR, the United Nations Refugee Agency.
